Airframe and Powerplant mechanics start by needing 1900 hours of experience and training working under an A&P IA. This position is a paid position that offers real-world, working, experience working on a variety of GA aircraft. We also will pay for all your A&P testing when you are ready.

Responsible for aircraft maintenance. Perform aircraft maintenance in compliance with FAA, manufacturers, and company requirements.

This position works as a team member performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on general aviation aircraft including but not limited to single and multi-engine piston fixed-wing aircraft, piston helicopters, and gliders.   The successful candidate will possess the appropriate personality to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a constant focus on safety and quality.  The IA will review logs and make entries, and supervise the rest of the shop.
