Planning
We start by understanding how you fly and what you need from your avionics.

Step #2

Design
Our team helps you choose the perfect combination of displays, GPS, audio, and autopilot — tailored to your mission and budget.

Step #3

Booking
You get a detailed quote, timeline, and a reserved spot in our schedule.

Step #4

Review
We inspect your aircraft, document the panel, and identify any issues before teardown.

Sometimes this step can be combined with Step #1

Step #5

Panel
We custom-build a new panel if needed — laser cut, engraved, and designed for your exact layout.

Step #6

Removal
Old instruments, wiring, and vacuum systems are carefully removed and prepped for the upgrade.

Step #7

Install
We install new components, build and route custom wiring harnesses, and integrate all systems cleanly.

Step #8

Testing
Everything is configured, calibrated, and thoroughly ground-tested.

Step #9

Flight
A complete functional flight test is performed in the air, and we provide all required logbook entries and approvals.

Usually performed with the Owner but we usually can provide a qualified pilot to perform the flight test upon request.

Delivery
We walk you through the system, provide support, and make sure you're confident in your new cockpit.
